Tail-gas from Chemical Plant and LPG/ NGL Recovery Facility


(Ⅰ)Scrubbing by liquid nitrogen and production of LNG
         As there is a existence of trace of CO, methane, argon, etc  contained in coke oven gas and coal-synthesis gas, they will poison catalysts during synthesis ammonia production. Therefore, it is equipped with scrubber with liquid nitrogen washing to remove these impurities prior to synthesis ammonia production, and further set feed gas ratio of nitrogen and hydrogen at around 1:3. In the same time, by application of cryogenic rectification process to recover hydrocarbon gas, and get LNG production.


(Ⅱ)Extraction of hydrogen and CO from coal-synthesis gas
         By application of cryogenic rectification method, it is realization of extraction of H2 and CO with higher economic value. The purity of H2 and CO can reach as high as more than 95%(V/V) and 99%(V/V) respectively.


(Ⅲ)Extraction of H2S from acid gas during cyrogetic methanol scrubbing process
         By application of cryogenic rectification method, it is realization of extraction of H2S of 99%(V/V) in purity. The extraction rate of H2S can reach as high as more than 80%. 


(Ⅳ)Recovery of tail-gas from synthesis ammonia production
         It is aimed, by application of cryogenic rectification technology, to recover tail-gas including purge gas and vent gas) from synthesis ammonia production to produce LNG and H2-rich gas containing H2 contents at 90%(V/V) (in non- methanation case), and further to recover pure Argon.

(Ⅴ)LPG/NGL Recovery Unit

        This mini unit is widely used in remote gas well. It is aimed to separate C3 plus to produce LPG/NGL. It is characterized as follows.
